This is a two-bedroom AC-ready house with a large back yard that can be used for office space, living, storage, and as a buffer for the sound from the bar. It inflates at 10% per year from an initial rent of $250.

* All contents of the restaurant, including furnishings, bar, inventory, appliances, shelving, cookware, flatware, glassware, stereo, television, everything.
* Two active bank accounts in the corporate name, one an electronic account, the second a checking account, including machine that permits credit card payments to be deposited directly.
* Custom restaurant/bar management software designed especially for Juanita's operations.
* Personnel options with existing staff, contract management options in transition, administrative, managerial, operational, maintenance, and janitorial support for as long as desired.
